I over edit the highlights and shadows. can u please tell me is there any thing I can do to control that without over editing. or if I can give the right values in the curves adjustment layer. plss help me out with this.

Lefted and righted sides dont need the ED ending, haha. Ive noticed you say that sometimes, and wasnt sure if you do it on purpose or not: )

Please help me out on this thing. It says Integer between 2 and 98 is required. Closet value inserted. whenever i dial the RGB values. And it doesnt gives me the desired result. Can you help me how to solve this?

Wow. What an awesome technique. One of the most powerful ways to change colors. Most people usually stick to guessing games with Hue/Sat or Curves. This technique is much more better and accurate. Thanks

As a beginner, I have just tried to make a selection of the green sweater and the red sweater, than use Match color and the result seemed to be similar. But I will try to use your more accurate way as well.

Great tutorial! Thanks for explaining it so easy to follow. I just used and it didn't work for me, perhaps some of the tones are too different I guess. I'll try it again on another image later.

Question: If you do highlights/midtones/shadows on separate curves and then via blending mode configure accordingly will you get a cleaner result or is unnecessary work?
