I use Dark Reader and the Great Suspender, I like both. I also used to like and use Click&Clean, until it eventually went crazy, spitting up popup ads of the creator's other products about once every minute - the feature was impossible to turn off, and that made it annyoing beyond hell. It was about half a year ago, maybe they tweaked that since then - but I found another solution since. I also didn't like way the cookie cleaner worked. Normally you have the cookies of a million websites, about 999,990 of which you no longer need (or never needed in the first place). Instead of just selecting the websites the cookies of winch I want to keep and get rid of all the rest, Click&Clean made me rake through all the million cookies and manually select the ones I want preserved... Sure, I was the one to let so many unnecessary cookies accumulate on my computer, so, in a sense, I'm just paying for my laziness here - but there are other solutions where you can simply create an exception list for cookies or websites - about thwentieth the work, same result.

FYI, I believe LanguageTool (LT) is much better than Grammarly. I've used both. A Lot. One thing I like about LT is it's less expensive, and the free version is more powerful. Another thing is the highlighted words, etc. are color-coded. You will get used to what's wrong as you get more familiar with which colors go to which type of error (Red, Orange, Blue, etc). LT also worked with Google Docs long before Grammarly did, plus LT works with text input fields Grammarly has no idea how to work with, like the comment fields on my employer's bug tracking tool. Another thing is when I've submitted bugs or feature requests, I will get a response from someone overnight (they are 8 time zones away) and they are always polite and gracious. Grammarly responded, but were a lot less helpful, and at least one of the things I reported was only going to be included in the paid version, which frankly, is WAY out of my pay range...

I prefer Palemoon because it supports most of the browser extensions I've found to be most useful over the years. However, some sites are so Chrome-specific that I have to switch to a Chromium-based browser. For that purpose I've set up SRWare Iron. On that browser I use: Absolute Enable Right Click & Copy Change Case Clock for Google Chrome ContextDeleter Cookie AutoDelete Cookiebro Country Flags & IP Whois Enhanced Image Viewer Fast New Tab Redirect Find-A-Record HTML5 Storage Manager All in One Neater Bookmarks Recent Tabs with your browsing history Select like a Boss Stylish Toggle JavaScript Translate Selected Text uBlock Origin Up View This Image There are a few possible redundancies in this list and I may disable some once I decide which I like best.

You missed a very important category: A plug in to let you d/l a copy of a video (not YouTube). There is JDownloader2 which is outside the browser and watches you to Ctrl-C a URL with a video. But sometimes you want a plug-in that works within the browser for many of the non-YouTube video sites.

I have been using Firefox exclusively, but recently downloaded Brave and need to set that browser up; so thanks for these extensions which I will probably use...However i have always thought since I first tried it, that Grammerly is too much like a keyboard logger...I am leery of using it...

'video speed controller' is probably the best extension for youtube viewers (works on Prime etc. as well but on reduced speeds 1,6x for Prime as example) to watch content in the speed you wish to. you can save settings or control it on the fly with 'S' or 'D' on the keyboard.

Tnx so much. Loving each of your videos. Please if you can help me. In the past you uploaded a video with a few useful websites, one on them was a great option to capture / save websites pages. Can't seem to find it. If you can please send a link. Tnx

i think Fika Reader is better, I used Mercury and it wasn't at the same level as the reading mode on Edge. To be honest, Fika is not at the same level either but it's a little bit better.
