Why are you recommending Xodo as a pdf editor? It has no undo (menu, icon, or Ctrl+Z) and it auto saves. If you make a mistake in a pdf, say use the marker and accidentally mark the wrong thing, there's no way to undo it and it's already saved - you can't just quit without saving. Worthless, and dangerous, in fact.

Did Notepad++ not make it into your list because it's not in the Windows app store or do you feel that Code Writer is better than Notepad++ ? Ditto for Jing (screen capture). It doesn't look to be as powerful as ShareX but it is super simple to use.

So far I ve done all my screenshots using browser extensions like Fireshot and Nimbus Screenshot - because they work on both Windows and Mac - but ShareX looks quite nice, I ll definitely check it out. :) Thanks for sharing these apps.

Excellent recommendations much appreciated- there is something from everyone here how much of an expert u may be - I was looking for alternatives and the google hits u with million options never knowing which is good - top stuff - thank u

Apps available on MS Store is different from apps for Windows 10 , some of the apps on MS Store are win32 apps that are available for others Windows as well, some examples in this video are Spotify and CrytalDiskMark, both are win32 apps.

Anyone know if adobe photoshop express app can be used offline & without having to create an account with microsoft ? or is it like that movie maker editor where you have to be connected to the internet & sign in to m.s. to use ? (thanx)

These apps suggestions were great.... Is there any app for increase the copy speed of flash disk ... I really need it... the software like super copier are actually more slower than Windows speed... so if anybody knows kindly tell me..

I found MyRadar from the MS Store in 2015, they have a free version (with adds) and a paid version. I paid 1.99 for the paid version. It's the best weather radar program I've found, 2nd to MyRadar is Weather Radar Pro...
