Start with week 1 and progress to week 12. Do all the exercises in week 1 for a week (6 days a week) and then move on to week 2. Continue to week 12, 6 days a week.

I'm in the first week and this really hurts and i did crunches before but this is way better! -
P. S. The scissor V is really difficult but thats good!

Yeah, I've heard it called that before as well. Bruce Lee was the original for everything as far as I'm concerned. He was years ahead of his time!
