X! Biceps growth is actually one of the easier things to achieve when you consider what is necessary to make it happen. First, you need to make sure that you select biceps exercises that allow you to control the negative portion of the rep. Second you need to fit exercises into your biceps workouts that push you to progressive overload. Third, you need to remove your arms ability to compensate on the weaker side by selecting the right ways to spark faster biceps growth. In this video, I show you a bicep exercise to help speed up arm size and build bigger biceps using just your own bodyweight. Yes, I am pulling myself up on a bar as I demonstrate, but as I point out in the video you can easily do this under a kitchen counter or table if you don't have access to a bar. To add biceps mass and size to your arms you must make sure that you concentrate on the slow negative. It is during this portion of the rep that your muscle fibers are overloaded in a stretch position. This causes small microtears that require your biceps to grow back bigger and stronger after you allow them to recover. When people come to me wanting to know how to grow arms or make their arms grow faster than ever, I start by incorporating the very techniques I show you here. It doesn't have to be just with this biceps exercise however. You can incorporate these techniques to increase your arm size throughout your workouts. For a complete program showing you how to get not just bigger arms but how to achieve total body muscle growth and fat loss, then be sure to head to to get the pro athlete endorsed ATHLEAN-X Training System

JEFF PLEASE READ! (Heart problems)
Hey Jeff,
My name is Paul I am 20yo, 175cm, 73kg and I'm doing gym for 1. 5 years. I've taken in the beginning serious mass from ON and creatine from BSN and gym 5 days a week. I haven't took any supplements since 6 months. While I started doing gym and until now I have experienced palpitations that got worsen while the time passed until I developed some tachycardia where my heart suddenly beats chaotic fast at rest and it returns to normal suddenly.
Are there any trigger factors that might have caused my problems?
If you can answer me I would be so grateful!
Also you can do a video on this subjects as many young people I think they suffer heart problems that they're not aware about!

Damn dude. I have watched dozens of these videos. I love them all. I finally went over to Athleanx. com. You have multiple programs. I have no idea of where to start. I have recently lost 60 pounds by eating better and exercise. I'm no genius but I'm guessing that I didn't lift or do enough weight training because I have flab everywhere. My body fat% is still in the high 40's which means I probably lost a lot of muscle in that 60 pounds. Anyway I'm 48, female, 162, no flexibility. Where should I start? Athlean X for women, or Athlean Zero? So I can learn to use my body? SMH. Too many options. Not afraid to lift heavy. I workout at home. Thanks

Hey Jeff
I've been watching your videos lately and I must say that I'm a big fan.
Anyway, I've always been a skinny guy but a few years from now that I've been trying to change that fact.
My body is changing in a great way since I started working out, but my biceps have reached a certain point in which I thought I had to keep buying heavier and heavier weights because otherwise my biceps would never get bigger. So, I really appreciate your videos in which you use the bodyweight. Keep doing those.
Thanks a lot man. Keep posting videos! I really appreciate and I'm sure I'm not the only one.
Good job!

I have the gear to do this. I'm going to insert this puppy into my workout somewhere to morrow. I'm already doing that eccentric thingy he showed us a while back with the one minute pull up. I do that at the end of three sets of pull ups. I hate pull ups most of all. Pull ups are a best friend that you can hate.

Xavier Sotelo-If it is your back that is injured, I would off from doing ANY back related exercises until I am a hundred percent better. However, that does not mean you cannot work out other muscles (as long as they do not engage in back movements.
Consult your doctor before hand, as I am not one.

hey jeff. I have a question about my weekly routine. I wanted your opinion on if this is a good way or not.
Monday and Friday I do chest, triceps and biceps. Wednesday I do back and shoulders and Tuesday and Thursday I do cardio and abs. is this a good routine or should I make some changes?

Thanks Jeff this is something I'm going to try tonight. I wish you had updates to the TNT workouts. I bought the Biceps and Chest but they get old after awhile and would be nice to have a rotation for them with some of your newer workouts.
