Unrelated question: I'm kinda new to lifting (Several month) and everything's been going great, I've been focusing immensely on form at first so I wouldn't hurt myself so after I felt I got the hang of it I've allowed myself going heavier and heavier.
Problem is I've been getting a lot of neck pain lately after workout days (Not during the lift, the pain is especially strong in the upper neck (Kinda where the skull and spine connect)
Is there any chance you'd make a neck pain video?
Thanks: )

Hey -ATHLEAN-X-, can you show me how i can get my arms to be equally as big? Right now my left arm is bigger than m right and its pretty annoying i am right handed and i know that the left arm is bigger because it's much more difficult for that arm to do the exercises, and i've been told to do more reps on the right but it doesnt seem to help me! #HelpMeJeff

It took a week before I got into a routine of using the -Weight Loss Green Store Tea-, but once I did I felt great. It help me lose a few extra pounds along with my diet and exercise. I actually hit a platue, and was hoping the tea would get me over it. And it did! It taste great, and I'm glad it doesn't have caffeen in it, because I drink it before bed.

Hey Jeff!
I've bought your ax-1 training system and i've been following it for a month. It's great but, I really injured my hamstring in school and i can't follow it anymore. Do you have some rehab exercises for hamstrings?
Really sad now, because I can't do any cardio, conditioning workout and i'm afraid of losing performance and muscle.

Very interesting and informative video. I have an off-topic question: There is a window behind you and behind that window there is a human-like figure that appears to have skeleton-like legs and is wearing a red shirt and a white hat of some type. Is this one of your clients who trained a little too much? All joking aside, what is that?

Jeff, I've noticed now two videos where, when doing pull ups or chin ups you're not lowering all of the way down to fully extended arms and shoulders during each rep. I thought that was considered improper form, but maybe this is a method that's healthier for the should joints. Can you please clarify? Thanks!

How do you continuously come up with new and innovative stuff like this? I'm amazed you have never run out of new fabulous ideas in the years I have followed you. It must take up a large part of your day providing this free valuable service. Thank you, it is greatly appreciated and I tell everyone I know about you.

Jeff! I have a question for you. Any time i perform squats with weight i feel a pinching pain and tightness in my hip flexors. I dont have any noticable inward valgus of the knee so i cant figure out what the problem is. This has made me lose confidence in squating and really halted my progress. Help me out!

i was in a spartan race last Saturday(obstacles racing) one of the obstacles was to lift a atlas ball. after the race I felt a sharp pain on my mid left part of my back (under my shoulder blade) everytime I extend my arm or lift something heavy. Could it be a pinched nerve?
