Hey Jeff, love your videos but I was wondering if you could dedicate one of your videos to supplementing. Different protein powders (Cassein vs Whey, different supplements (Muscle Recovery aids, etc, and even Vitamin and mineral intake. Would be very informative for most of us and a nice refresher for the rest who are already on the ball on this subject.

I tried the kneeling cable rows today. Still gotta get a feel for them but wow! I didn't anticipate how much it would hit my lead leg. I went into this after working legs and wow! I didn't really feel it in my back but my lead leg was dying. Good stuff. I'm definitely going to use it as a finisher on my back day that I don't work legs.
