Shoulder Workout CHEAT! (Fix this for Bigger Delts Now)
video description
1. Technique and quality is the vital point here and you do as he said
BUT
2. When you have done your max then you ADD those cheated movements on top of that. You go through the harder faze in cheated mode (helping yourself with swing in this example) and then alone lowering the weight as slowly as you can. In negative faze muscles still work.
In this case you get even BETTER workout of your muscles. I believe it was worth mentioning. Dont be traped in mindless following. Think for yourselves. Exploit that and grow. Enjoy!

Wait - I'm very confused and I have big trouble building my shoulders. In another video, he said that -Fatigue- is not -Overload- (which is required for building mass I guess. In this video (even though it doesn't specifically state, it seems that he's point us in a direction of strict form front-raise (as opposed to using a little heavier weight.
My problem is I cannot do Heavy Weight with strict form o_O - I end up doing lots of reps with strict form and doesn't quite feel sore the next day. Anybody help? Thank you

It will never cease to amaze me how people refuse to use lighter weight to preform an exercise correctly because they think it makes them look weak, then complain that they are not getting the results they want. In a society expectant of instant gratification, strength training/bodybuilding/weightlifting is not. It takes time if done right.

Leaning forward on this exercise is the same as doing the exercise on an inclined bench. Full body support, and front delt isolation on an inclined bench. But this standing method maybe helps the core more than laying on your tummy, on a bench.

I have a problem with shoulder exercises. Every time i try to do side laterals i always feel it in my traps instead of my delts. I only get this problem in side laterals, front laterals dont seem to be a problem. Any solutions?

Very interesting. At my gym it is amazing how many guys are using bizarre, if not downright dangerous techniques. Bouncing barbells off their chest while lifting, backs not flat on the bench & a hundred more -sins. -

It's great! A Physical Therapist, who does Bodybuilding! Great because most Physical Therapists doesn't know shit about strength, and most Bodybuilders a shit about health. But Jeff combines both! Great!
