So funny how this muscle dudes try to convince everyone about the excercises they should whereas their bodies are not only made with excercisr but also with testosterone shots and fat burners. Just look at his face. He doesn't look very healthy

The funny part is, i love the ab-day, and i love doing situps, leg raises and all sorts of ab exercises, so a few months ago, i came up with my own exercise, which is exactly this one! xD
It is damn burning as hell!

The Bottoms Up. that's what I thought it should be called.
Then I discovered that that's what bodybuilding. com also calls that position. So now I KNOW it's called the Bottoms Up!

Bruce Lee did something similar without the rotation. He called this -the flag- so first part is -the flag- add rotation -the flag in the wind- that is for another great excercise!

I did this exercise, but my back was sore not my abs. what am I doing wrong? Am I lifting too much of my body off of the floor and causing my lower back to contract?

That's a quarterway dragon flag, so something with 'Dragon' in the name. Uh, little late to the party - has a name been invented? Pretty good exercise!

Finally I found this video again. Just started working my abdominals again and wanted to include this and wow it's tough. You make it seem easy.
