Choosing the twelve best shoulder exercises can be challenging, when you consider how many you've likely done in all your shoulder workouts combined. That said, this video does just that, showing you 12 killer shoulder exercises to help you big bigger delts from every angle! Among the best exercises for your shoulders are ones that target your medial or side delts, front delts and the often overlooked rear deltoids. For those training at a gym, I show you exercises you can do with barbells, plates and dumbbells. For those that prefer to do home shoulder exercises and workouts, I've got you covered with resistance band and bodyweight shoulder movements. The key to this video is, I don't just show you the exercises, I tell you why I feel they qualify as one of the best twelve you can do to add mass and muscle definition to your upper body. Hey! Hopefully you get this! I have a question regarding isolating the shoulders. I be tried every shoulder workout and my upper traps end up the only thing sore the next day. What can I do to isolate the shoulder? So far only thing working is doing push-ups and holding the bottom position and doing pulses. But that's only my anterior deltoids what do you suggest?
I'm working on strengthening my rotator cuff
Do you think that might be it?
Even when I try to do back workouts I always end up over activating my upper traps while the mid and lower remain inactivated

Great video thanks a million. Been doing p90x( respect for Tony Horton and p90x grads) for 1 month and tho I was getting good results my anterior Delt was killing me! I couldn't even buckle my seatbelt in the car I literally had to push at my elbow with my other arm to grab the belt. I tried these exercises and not only do my shoulders look better they feel better! Thanks Jeff definitely switching to Athlean x!

How do I get enough rest if my schedule doesn't allow me. I work as follows: M=noon to 9p, T=3p to 11p W=Noon to 9p Th=5p to 01: 00a, F= 9p to 5a (overnight) and S=9p to 6a. How do I maintain a sleeping cycle if my job doesn't allow me. and Looking for another job is not option?

Thanks Jeff for your valuable videos.
I feel weak on my left shoulder, that's to say: I feel little pressure on my left shoulder as compared to pressure I feel on my right one. Sometimes, it tilts downward-forward during heavier lifting. Plz advise me on What should I do?

I have an impingement in one of my shoulders and both my physician and physical therapist stated that it is not recommended that I do much overhead lifting. With this in mind, can you still develop great deltoids without doing overhead exercises? Please advise.

seems like your swinging the weights around doing those lateral raises. should the body not be leaning slightly forward and the arms directly to the side to hit the lateral heads of the delts. can you post a video that shows better isolation exercises.

EVERYONE (interested in weight training or not) should watch your shoulder videos. Shoulders seem to be on e of the first things to wear and tear in our bodies and this information could save a lot of people a lot of problems.
