I don't know if anybody can help me, but I have had arthritis in my neck for over 10 years (thanks, typing job) plus weak shoulders. PLUS deconditioned. PLUS arthritis in my thumb and wrists. So, before I can feel it in my arms, I'm already hurting! I don't want to give up. PLEASE tell me there are tools for folks like me. I was hoping maybe there's some sort of wrap that would help my wrists? Is the neck and shoulders more about technique? I LOVED seeing how you were holding the weights and letting them go back slowly. How much pressure is put on your thumbs/wrists? Neck/shoulders?

Thank you for your advice and information. I replay your videos and you manage to keep the original shape slightly muscular, but not bloated like some of your competitors who have seen them swell As months and we understand their gonflettes by steroids and other products not healthy for the body in the long run.
I know what I said, in 61 years I continued the training and I in shape, because I always avoid bulking up. Because more muscles are bigger, they become diificles to train in viellissant. thank you again for your excellent work. Hi from Montreal

Hi, Mike (or anyone it may concern. I am 19 yrs old and I have about 11% bodyfat. The area around my waistline is somewhat -fatty- and I have fat deposits where my obliques are and some on my lower back. Other than that, I am pretty muscular and some of my upper abs slightly show when I flex. I am also currently on a mass gaining program. I want to get all of my abs to show while gaining muscle mass so my question is what should I do with both my diet and training. Should I take in more calories than are expended? Should I eat less? Thank you.

Jeff your stuff is amazing, Iove and enjoy that you do going into the science and anatomy of the excersie. I've been following you for close to a month now and I've seen amazing gains. -
If you read this, I'm 22, 5-4. 1- I'm hight, weight 8st 13lbs the extra 3 pounds is muscle was at 8st 10lbs. I want to know my calorie intake and my macros for my body. I've taken a test and it says I'm 50% Ectomprph 38% Mesomorph and 13% Endomorph. If possible any help will be valuable. I'm also going to be doing a personal trainer course soon. - Dan

Your techniques really work I started using them along with my better eating choices and boxing training. I have lost 40 pounds of fat and my obliques are finally starting to show. I still have a bit to go but my core strength has made it easier to progress as I go. I actually started to gain a bit of weight back but it's definitely muscle weight because I'm not getting chubby, lol. I can sprint 1km now in 100 meter intervals in 2 mins 39 secs and my time keeps getting better. Awesome vids.

Hi
I am having real trouble building up my legs. Have always been a hard gainer in that area because of a bad left knee. Also, back in May of 2012 I had a spinal fusion between C6-C7 because of a ruptured disc in my neck which leaves me unable to do heavy squats with the bar on my shoulders. I try to compensate with leg press, extensions an hamstring curls but with minor size gains. What other exercises do would you recommend. Any help and advice would be greatly appreciated. All my best!

I would love to see more videos about ab work outs that tie multiple muscle groups together that you can do at home or with simple weights like dumbbells. as always jeff looking great and being a real inspiration to the people who want to get to the point of fitness that you're at. also maybe some videos about the crap you buy at GNC like the water loss supplements that pull the moisture out of you, are those good or bad?
