I just don't get one thing Jeff, if you said that it's good to hit your abdominal muscles 7 times a week indirectly (which I understand), what I don't understand is how the hell do I incorporate the direct hit on all the abdomen areas (which is 7 exercises in total according to your PERFECT AB WORKOUT video) in my regular 5- day split or even 3 day full body training type? Does that mean I'd have to do like 15 exercises a day overall, hitting the main area I chose for that day (let's say chest and bi's) and add on abs every time? The only solution I see here is to incorporate let's say 1 exercise for the lower ab portion on the 1st day of split, 1 exercise for the obliques on the 2nd day of split, 1 for upper portion and so on for transverse abdominis and serratus the following days. So would that be fair to say that you don't really need a PERFECT AB WORKOUT as a stand-alone workout as it don't fit in a split type of training? Thanks ahead and immense respect for you, Jeff.

I made the mistake of not prioritizing my core and abusing -to failure- sets during workouts and I suffered a minor L4-L5 herniation because of it. Then, I didn't take my PT seriously either because I was scared of the pain. Well, that pain lasted 10 months before I grew wise, and I still have intermittent sciatic neuropathy that will probably never completely cease. Seriously guys, please listen to this man, learn from words and not from the pain of experience. Proper form and the core are my priorities now because they have to be.

I have allergies on many foods and It is hard for me to find a diet that doesn't include particular foods. Then my friend sent me link to the website called AgogeDiet where I can get personalized meal plan only with food I select. My fitness journey has just started, what about you?

still to this day, this is the only person online that I've seen say to work abs every day. He's also one of the only trainers I trust, so why are online articles and information websites saying not to do this.

I been alternating between Ab and arm days. Then I always finish my workout with swimming as much laps as I can for 30 minutes. It been a week and I-m already seeing a little improvement in the abs.

Actually. my diet is great for a 16year old. I do have some body fat but my goal is to do a partial bulk while I'm a teen then when I hit 20-23 I'll do a cut to see my progress over the years

It's so funny to watch his older videos compared to his newer ones. The cadence of his voice is much slower and much more relaxed. Now, Jeff speaks like he's being chased down an alley. :-D

So theres no such thing as overworking abs, should I train them the next day if they still feel tight from previous day when i stretch them or if they vibrate on my first rep.
