Thats not a full sprint. or if it is. then im over training: O which can be the case!
I need about 5 seconds to engage on a full sprint.
I sprint in the park and jump over dead logs, small ones, but im a small guy.
10 mins, 50 Sec on, 10 sec off
Maybe im over training?

Jeff, another great vid. I was wondering if or when you might up date your TNT work outs (extra $ workouts in the Athlean system.
Also, I am going to try and do 4 TNT work outs per week, u think that's too much?

Hey Jeff, I could use your creativeness on this one. Besides the obvious running around the neighborhood do you have an idea how else I can work out with my dog? He's a one year old lab so he's up for anything.

Question: Now maybe im missing something here, but how is it that actors who are preparing for a role, such as a superhero, workout 3-4 hours a day, yet you tell us that we should only workout up to 45 minutes?

Are myostatin blockers safe? I've seen babies born with abnormal muscle growth due to lack of the myostatin protein and was wondering how effective/safe they were?

Once AGAIN, inspiration comes from Anywhere. Was feeling like I was in a small rut today, Snapping Out of it, & going to BURTS IT OUT!
