4: 08 Leave it at 90 degress (Not 90 Actually A Little bit CLose than 90 But NOT COMPLETELY CLOSE), dont take away all the tension away from the biceps (curl, curl and just to there until that Crossing 90degree position and lift up if u want)
Same at chinups 5: 40 backing off tp about 90-
Point 2: Super point - Squeeze and the effort are put through the Fourth and the Fifth Finger And THAT Supination when u focus on those two fingers is 100%
SO SQUEEZING THROUGH THE FOURTH And FIFTH FINGERS - BEST TIP.

A good tip I use as I found supinating the wrists difficult (I couldn't feel the benefits) is to use a barbell and try to imagine snapping it in half when you lift on the concentric portion. I really feel this in the short head of the biceps; then I went back to using dumb-bells and pretend to do the same thing, and felt that a lot more than trying to supinate the wrists.

Great video as always I found if cable curls are used and youlock in your elbows then turn forearm out away from body then begin to curl it changes the work out for me it really hits the outer head of bicep any feed back would be great you really inspired change and creativity in my work outs thanks

When reaching to failure itself is said to be so draining on nervous system, how can we consider training beyond failure for Hardgainers? Is it really a good idea, considering that Hardgainers nervous systems are not very much capable of pushing limits like that.

You should do a video on a dynamic stretching routine fit for everyone before work outs and static stretching routines for after. I like your videos on the different types of stretches, I just don't know how to fit them into a full body stretch routine.

Hi Jeff, Thank you for all the videos and tutorials. I have tendinitis in my elbows, however, I dnt wanna stop lifting weights, even though they arent really heavy. Can you put up a video for people like me who have this condition.
