Very nice workout but beginner's should not do this. They may choose only one or two exercise's for glutes when performing leg workout. Lot of love and respect from Pakistan.

Squats on smith machine is an dangerous idea becaus it restricts the natural moment of the body which will lead to injuries in the long term.

Nice quad workout. With some token glute work. Honestly can't take any -booty- workout seriously that does not include hip thrusts.

Girl, I'm gonna be exhausted after the second superset. Also I think there is no way anybody's gonna do it for 45 minutes.
