Hey great video great advice and techniques. Biggest thing you are doing you didn-t mention is how slow the reps tempo is that-s the real way to make turbo gains.
If I was to say my take
honestly I don-t fully agree with strict form and strict angles. Also I believe high frequency training is crazy effective no idea the science just is effective.
