i see where he's coming from, however if you simply slow your tempo down and use 4 second up on positive and 8 second on the negative it does just about the same thing. its simply time under tension and he's making it more technical

Phenomenal workout Nick. I love the PG, GP, PGE idea for increases TUT. I've never thought to do something quite like this before. This can only be thought of by someone that has spent a considerable amount of time in this industry.

wouldn't you fatigue the rear delts this this way? /while you're super setting it with a rear delt excersise and an injury might accrue to fatigued pre exhausted rear delts/?
