explain to me, why when I increased bodypart frequency for a good year, I lost both size and strength. the moment i went back to training each body part every 7-8 days, my size and strength immediately started to go back up. this whole body, training each body part multiple times per week is a new fad/trend. and you can cite every alleged study there is, but in my opinion, there is a reason why, not one pro bodybuilder or top amateur does whole body training. they all do split body part training. the more advanced you get, the more recovery you need. cause the stronger you get, and with that experience, you're able to give much more intensity to an exercise than a typical newbie. I go by results, and increased frequency has never ever worked for me. remember, it's not just about how long a muscle takes to recover, but the cns as well. the stronger you get, the longer it takes for your cns to recover.

i feel like the problem with this is your body wouldny be able to keep up with the full body workouts, throught the week, lighter intensity or not.
maybe for overall health, but def not bodybuilding.
even for advanced lifters and athletes.
i like yo have a full body specific day worked in the split body program. but im not the expert and more research should be done

The thing about lifting weights is 99% of people only need to do full body workouts to reach their goals. The problem with this is it-s not very commercially profitable. So the fitness industry has produced a superfluous amount of variation to try and claim there is more to it, to profit from it.
The key to success is consistency and diet. Everything else is filler

What's interesting is that hes been doing this since he was 7. .Now out of nowhere, full body workouts are making a come back; and Jim all of a sudden now says it's the best method. not knocking his knowledge, however hes a salesman. THIS is why I'm not a huge fan of him, he always seems to be selling.

Shorcut to size works fine just the way it is! Why mess with something that has positive results? IMO a 3 day a week full body version of shortcut to size may be a better alternative approach.

how does your body recover from full body training every day. you stimulate the muscles when you lift on the days off is when you recover and grow. i do full body 2 or 3 days a week

is there a full body workout not for advanced but not for beginners either that can be done every other day and cover all body parts?
