Book Club #1: Minimalism by The Minimalists Review (Life Improvement) Sanna: Great review. I haven't read the book but I saw their Minimalism document on Netflix and it really changed my way of living, I literally went trough all my stuff and it alone made me feel so much better. The idea of being around people you want to build relationships was interesting. Minimalism is great for relationships also. quality over quantity! Working takes too much of our time and in some cases forces us to spend most of our time with people we don't really care about. Inspired by minimalism, next year I'll take a 6 month leave from my work and just wander the world. Can't wait!

Having meaningful conversations is a problem I have. I feel like i keep myself from talking to people because most of the time is really superficial, and I want, and NEED, to talk about my feelings, my passions, specially in this difficult (shitty) year I had. But it's hard and I don't know how to move a conversation towards something deeper.
Merry Christmas, greetings from Argentina!

I'm gonna be totally honest here. I love all your videos. I think your content is amazing and adds a considerable amount to my life, however, I don't feel like we would be good friends in real life. Which just goes to show you that you could potentially learn a lot from that 3rd group even if they're not your best friend or whatever. Just something to think about ig.

It was interesting hearing your thoughts on the What do you do question and it made me realize how lucky I am that answering the question What do you do (for work) is actually the same answer as What are you passionate about. For me, at least.

Love the Minimalists! I saw them/their doc live in Chicago last year. The idea of turning around the question of 'what do you do? ' Is great for me - I'm unable to work due to chronic pain from fibromyalgia - which is a conversation buzzkill

Brian dude I'm having less breakouts now but I'm still left with horrid pigmentation marks and they haven't faded for about a year and half. what even are they? like dark spots over my skin but not spots cause my skin feels smoother

So glad you are branching out and doing different types of videos. Love the eating videos, but it's nice to see your other interests and curiosities. You should check out the Minimalists podcast too if you liked the book.

I'm reading Nudge by Richard Thayler and it's pretty darn fascinating. I am listening to it on audible, check it out if you get a chance- i think you would like it based on the intro.

Loved the video! Looking forward to this serious! However, I think the editing didn't flow in this video, I think it would have flowed better if there wasnt the scenes of the city
