You're right Brian, I've seen/read interviews of the CEOs of these plant based companies, & they do no hesitate to point out that their products are not necessarily for vegans. They want to influence meat eaters to decrease their meat consumption.

I'm not concerned about being fried in the same oil & those who are should probably just keep living their lives. It ain't perfect but it's a step in the right direction. Pretty steep price wise, so it will be for emergency situations only for me.

Can you try the burger King nuggets that a show host recently ate on a news show and loved it and asked what was even the point of eating chicken nuggets and that we could just eat vegan ones.

I haven't tried them yet but I will the next my husband orders KFC. He usually eats things like that when I'm not around. I just had the beyond nuggets & they were good.

I tried it yesterday and KFC fries be hitting lol and the beyond nuggets weren t bad. I will buy on my road trips. Fast food is road trip food for me.

so odd. in Canada we don't have beyond KFC we have Lightlife kfc plant based popcorn, and crispy plant based chicken sandwich lol

The Taste Like brand has my favorite mock chicken.
I haven't tried the KFC nuggs, but I might(if a separate fryer is used)
