Toned Legs Workout Perky Butt and Toned Thighs Workout At Home J.yaJ: Ahhhhh I couldn't finish the whole thing but I did finish three super sets It feels so good to start working out again after a couple months. My legs are getting flabby and cellulite and I'm getting a muffin top: ( I'm hoping that by alternating between this leg workout and the 10 min ab workout vol. 2, I can get into shape before school starts in August. I'll try to update daily if I remember lol

that was an awesome workout lol i nearly died like twice since I'm finally getting back to a regular workout routine (busy wife and mom of two and one on the way while in school full time) but that definitely pushed me. enjoyed the way you lay out your video as well. it was really helpful knowing you'd be doing it with me haha. will be adding this to my leg day routine for sure.

shiiit, After workout I though hmm, it's more of a legs workout, I will probably need to find other butt workout, because my legs were wobbly, but butt didn't feel tired at all. But today I woke up AND I CAN'T EVEN SIT DOWN: D My butt and upper legs hurt so much Amazing workout. After a lot of searching I finally fond the perfect workout for my legs + butt day.

Can anyone please tell me is this exercise work to gain muscles in thighs and in butts because my legs are so slim. I did one day now my legs are paining a lot I cant even walk, I tried to do exercise but I cant able to do because of the pain. Please tell me how this pain can relief and what food I need to eat to gain protein. Please help me.

Hi pretty. thank so much for the motivation you shared. I've been workout with you for these 2 months, and just started to follow this one. but I felt so hurt on my leg from 2 days ago. Shall i continue or wait till the pain disappear? Thank you for your kindness & really appreciate it to get the answer cheersss from Indonesia

This is my most favorite video so far because it's easy and I love this workout routine. I'm sweating by the time I am done. Been doing this exercise 4 time already. Thanks so much Chloe. BTW: You are so beautiful I can't believe you are in your 30s, cuz look like you are in your early 20s. Honest.

Just finished The is it just me or were the first 2 triple sets really intense. I was thinking of quitting but I preserved and I feel great The last 3 triple sets were my favorite very relaxing especially the last one. Definitely adding this to my leg day routine: )

I've been watching your vids for more than a year now and i can see much improvement I have little abs up top but i want to get it more defined. Can i have some advice please? I alternate abs, arms, and legs everyday popping in some hiit before workouts too.

U r soo intelligent. I don't ever do squats and lunges exercises bcuz I was afraid that I will get bulky or heavy thighs. But now u told that we won't get so I am happy, no one replied me in straight and clear answer as u. Thank you soo soo soo much: )

Hi chloe I really liked your workout and wanted to try IT out. Now i have fat legs and a big butt, i want to get slim leg and a smaller but and i was wondering will this workout give me a bigger but cus i don't want that but i want slim legs.
