GUYS I just wanted to say that Chloe's abs workouts REALLY WORK, they honestly did miracles for my stomach area. I've been steadily losing weight for a long time now (going on and off) but I'm down from the 144 pounds I was last Dec to 133 today, and today i was changing and looked in the mirror AND ALMOST SCREAMED BECAUSE I SAW CLEARLY DEFINED OBLIQUES LINES I've NEVER seen that before I've always been kind of overweight all my teen years but honestly HER EXERCISES WORK COMBINED WITH CLEAN DIET KEEP GOING YALL

Am I doing this wrong. My legs are super worked out (wobbly and sore) but I don't feel that on my abs. I also feel that I am working out my biceps a lot and found it hard to stay on my hands and elbows because my arms got too tired to hold myself up. I am making sure squeeze my core when doing the exercise - but I feel that when I do this my whole body also becomes tense/firm when I do this. Any tips on what I might be doing wrong?

I have got 6 pack abs following this abs guide suza great plan (Google it. Acquiring 6-pack abs is much easier if you are physically fit and you use some of the guides special techniques. You can certainly look good with 6-pack abs, providing you more self-confidence. In addition to that, six-pack abs does not have any relation to your general mental and physical wellbeing.

In general this abs guide suza great plan (Google it) is a great guide and a must have for anyone who wants Six pack abs. In summary, if you want to look great (and I am sure, feel good as well) have this book. I simply started out following the guide and of course, you need to apply some effort.

This is such a great ab workout I did it 2x in-a-row. It's not been easy to find workouts that leave me really sweaty and tired because I had to push myself a lot lately, and this is just that I'm glad to have another hard goal to work up towards like I did with other hard workouts.

Love you're workout videos it always makes me bathe in sweat after every workout and if you kept working out with chloe it does indeed make you more stronger and fit. You're determination is the only key on how far can you reach in a fitness journey

Can I do your other abs workouts to get ripped abs or are they just to lose fat? Is this the only one, then? Btw I looooooove your workouts, I've already lost a little fat but I can notice the change Still working on my flat tummy x3

I did this oblique workout this morningThe most challenging exercise was the side plank with hip dips. It was such an effort to hold my body as straight as possible, but I soldiered on and finished the whole kit and kaboodle.
