Hey. i have a prob. I eat healthy all the time ( i don't have cheat meals because after, i feel really bad and blablabla) i eat the less processed food that i can and i workout since 6 months but, i still don't see my abs, my thighs aren't still toned ( a bit but i want more ) and my butt is a bit better. do you have some kind of tricks to help me? I'm 14 and i am real'y working hard on that

Hi I have a question for you. It's kind of personal/weird but I hope you don't mind Before you started working out did you already have a booty or was it like a typical asian booty? I have the typical Asian booty and working out has only really make it more toned and perky, not any bigger. I was just wondering because I want to set realistic goals for myself.

I want to lose 10 kilos in 8 months but I take it one day, week, month at a time. Everyday, i try to up my veggie intake, i try to workout, sleep more and be positive. I cheat on my diet a bit but once a week but I will stop cheating around may. I just have fun with it because it's a complete lifestyle Change not just a temporary fix

Do you have any tips for getting rid of REALLY stubborn belly fat? I feel like my stomach never improves. I can work out like 7 days in a row and eat healthy and they only look a little bit better, than I eat like 3 chips and I get big bloated love handles again. It's so discouraging. Any advice?

Hey Chloe: ) (This question has been on my mind and I want answers wether it sounds ridiculous or not xD) I've been pretty curious about this but, is there an age you recommend for your workouts? (E. g. Would you recommend teenagers to do them if they want, or just adults)

I'm just starting wanting to get fit, but I don't want to actually go to gym because I just feel a little uncomfortable for not knowing anyone there, but also I'm scared of following workouts from the internet because what if I do something soo wrong and like I'm conflicted?

Food is all that I have trouble with. I love the smell of metals at the gym and working out. I'm just trying to portion control and eat healthy, but I always resort to bad food ideas even though I've been trying to change that habit for about a year now. :( Any tips Chloe?

Thanks for the motivation I finally decided to eat clean to get better results from my workouts, and ive kept it up for 24 days now. Got a big competition coming up in april so really looking forward to seeing the results.
