I dont know if its because I need some weights and the band, but Ill make sure Ill buy that. Just to get an image of what my body looks like- I have no booty whatsoever( it looks like its drooping, embarrassing) I have hip dips, and Im what you referred, skinny fat. I hope this workout along with the abs and arm workouts help. I will update next Tuesday (in a week): )

Hey there, I'm fairly new to this and I have a question I'm trying to build the booty, shrink the waist, and gain more of that hourglass shape. What should my weekly routine look like? I'm currently doing this video every other day with ankle weights. What other types of workouts should I do on the in between days? Sorry, just looking for some advice I just had 2 kids and I really want to get back into shape. :)

So Ive done this video twice. The first time without weights/resistance and my body was definitely feeling it the next day. I got some 5lb ankle weights and bands and tried it again, and although i was definitely struggling through the workout, i dont feel sore today? And my legs went numb during the workout. Is that normal when you start to add weights?

Ok guys before you guys read this check out my two workout playlist and you guys can ask me questions about the two workout playlist. Day: 1 during the workout my but was burning and its not really hurting right now but I did two rounds of the workout. P. S I do this workout only on Saturday so your gonna have to wait next Saturday.

Hi Chloe - thanks for the amazing videos. You have different videos for butt exercises and i love them all. How would you recommend these exercises on a weekly basis? Should i do two different videos twice a week or follow each video twice making it 4 times a week. Just trying to get a structured workout for more results. Thank you xoxo

This kind of videos are great. I tried it today and followed the workout with my laptop in from of my yoga mat. I really like that you have the more informational # of Exercises that [does something] videos and then the more instructional videos like this. Put some leg weights and resistance bands in my Amazon cart today.

I did this for 2 months during the summer and when I got back to school all my friends asked me which was the secret behind that booty xP so the results were amazing and now I'm starting again with this xD I highly recommend itt Chloeeee you're the best

I repeated this video twice to do 4 sets and my glutes are buzzing and my lower body in general is shaking. I almost can't walk properly: ) Highly recommend you do this killer glute workout if you truly believe in the quote No pain No gain
