Hey everyone, this is EPISODE #2 of my 2018 Summer Shredding Workout Program that's focusing on your Arms and Upper Body. Theres a total of 4 videos in this program. Ive put together a workout schedule for your benefit to help you along your 8 weeks program journey. NOW GO GET THAT SUMMER BODY OF YOURS For the workouts, it is meant to be quite hard the first couple of times you do it. There is low impact versions for this workout so do the low impact exercises or jog in place if you can't do the harder version No stress. It takes time to improve and build strength You should be able to complete the workout in week 8: )

Hi Chloe, I just did this and I have to admit - I was scared before powering through this at least arms arent my fav workout part and i was afraid of doing push ups. But i actually succeeded at 90% of this workout and I definitely feel the afterburn as I am writing this: DI love all the exercises you picked and a lot of them I've never done before. So I started doing this program on Monday. so I am still on week 1, I promised myself that I will be able to finish the whole program. Please support me and I will update you my dear people Chloe thank you so much UPDATE: Week 1So far I feel good, full body workout killed me, but it was worth it, I enjoy working my arms because I feel that I am getting stronger and my posture is better. Current weight: 55 kg Waist: 68 cmHeight: 162 cm

I have to say, after 3 months of cardio, hiit and watching what I eat (esp. portion control lol) I'm really starting to see a difference, not just in my appearance but above all in confidence It just goes to show that you need to let things happen instead of constantly checking yourself in the mirror. I'm on my 1st week: Thursday and I can already see changes with the help of my diet and these exercises. I really couldn't believe it when I saw results in just a few days but it happened and I'm so so happy. The only thing that keeps me going is the music and the thought of just being purely fit. You're one of those amazing YouTubers who actually cares so much that you made the whole plan free and I can't thank you enough

Right now I am in my 5th week of this program and I just have to say that it is REALLY amazing I have seen good results (even if my diet was not the best all the time) and I noticed that I became much stronger than I was in the 1st week. Thank you so much for putting so much effort into creating this workout schedule and thank you for helping me to accept and be proud of my body. (: KEEP UP WITH THAT GOOD WORK

I love u so much Chloe Just to let you know I've been improving a lot I'm on my fourth week and now I'm a day late, and I'm so happy now I could do a push up The first ones were just on my knee, and now i got the courage to try and hell yeah I did it but I can't do it just like you, I did it slow. And now I felt a stronger urge to continue Bless us all who are on their way to fitness Love lots

Hey Chloe so i started your program and im wondering what do i do on saturday and sunday you didnt have it planned on your schedule and um when i did your workout my wrist were hurting more then my upper body arms is that normal? And it would nice if you had a meal prep to go with this workout thank you so much dont stop i love your workouts

hey Chloe I just started your 8 week summer shredding program and omg i feel the intensity and sweat I just have a quick question. Do I only do the exercises you put for the 8 week summer shredding program or do I also add on some other workouts to help with my summer body? p. s You're an inspiration to many (especially me) lyyy

I'm already in my 4th week and I can feel that I'm getting stronger I can do all of the regular exercises now (before I was switching to regular and low impact version) and I can last for 2 sets already. Thank you so much Chloe You're my fitspiration. Looking forward to doing more workout programs with you

WILL UPDATEstarting this today, i began on the arms since it is thrusday & i will make up the few days i missed before at the end of the 8 weeks. day 1: this really kicked my butt lol i have a hard time doing anything with upper body strength. i definitely had to take breaks in between each set.
