this workout DESTROYED me. like I felt like vomiting. I took so many breaks that I feel like I won't get abs at this rate. I'll do this once a week and lighten up the intensity by doing 20 seconds on and 20 off until I can handle it. I'll also make up for loss time by doing other workouts like an abs workout

When you said it's a more intense workout I was like I can do this Oh my I so underestimated it. I was dieing by the third set of the first workout hahhaa. But I finished the workout I'm in front of a fan while a type this. Sweated so muchhh Just found you today and I'm going to keep coming back
