This is my fifth week and it's still tough. I have a history of mental illness (still, depression and anxiety) and eating disorder in my past, I gained a lot (but not that much) weight in the past few years and I've recently decide to put myself at first and take care of myself (both mind and body. I'm disappointed 'cause I couldn't finish the episode but I want to listen to my body, accept my limits and make progresses doing baby steps if I need to. I know it's a 8 weeks program but it will probably last longer for me 'cause my main goal is to go through and finish every episode of it.

Start Date: December 9 2019 (It's summer where I live if anyone was confused)Day 1: I completed around 70% with heaaaps of breaks and all low impacts whenever possible. I was super sweaty and tired and felt like puking after doing it haha. Day 2: My butt and stomach muscles are killing me and it hurts whenever I move. Well at least its a rest day, whew. Day 3: I couldn't go for a walk bc it was pouring out and my mom wouldn't let me go out so I did a 30min kpop random dance play thingy, It's not the same but at least I did something instead of being a couch potato: )

Im serious about losing weight. At first I modified workouts I couldnt do. Second circuit I went a little bit harder but still modified ones I couldnt do. Third circuit I was sooo done but I tried doing workouts I modified but instead did ten reps and then modified it the rest of the time if that makes sense. Its all about baby steps Dont feel discouraged if you feel you cannot do a workout. As long as you ATTEMPT to do a workout you cannot do, even if that means ten reps, it will go a long way. I promise. I ended this exercise very proud of myself.

Doing this in 2019 cause I'm so out of shape that I'm worried for my health. In the first two weeks gonna do only the low-impact exercises and after that we'll see if I get strong enough to do the harder exercises. Anyone else doing this in 2019? Week 1: 77. 5kgWeek 2: 77. 4kg (Pulled through the first 2 circuits without pausing the video, took a longer break, then finished the video without pausing. Still doing the low-impact exercises)Week 3: 77. 8kg (still low-impact)Week 4: 78. 0kg (low-impact)Week 5: 77. 3kgWeek 6: Week 7: Week 8:

Just restarted this workout. The first time i attempted at this summer shredding program, i overestimated myself. So I decided to wait 2 weeks before I start again. and this time, started with the low impact variations for all 3 rounds. I was able to survive the entire workout without dying. The first time I did it, I was able to complete the first round without doing low impact variations no problem BUT could not even complete the 2nd round. So the trick to this workout is. PACE YOURSELF.

I honestly don't care about how do I look. I just want to be healthy again. So I'm gonna atempt to do this. Starting day: 17 January 2020Weight: 81, 7kg / 180, 1lbs. I decided to start 18th Jan because today (17th) has been a really tough day for me(Finally I started the 8 week shredded programm 19 Jan)Week 1_Day 1 (19 Jan): Full Body_It was hard guys. I only did 1 circle and I felt nauseous. And I took a LOT of breaks. Can't wait to see me get better at it. Right now It seems impossible.

Completed this challenge at the end of 2019 the program was challenging but rewarding. Had to actually do it twice because the first time I got sick around week six so I decided to start all over again but still had to rest during some of the most challenging exercises like walking plank. All in all it went well I don't my exact final measurements after the completed program but I feel better and stronger thank you will be taking on one of your other challenges this year.

I am writing this comment hoping it could inspire other people. I have completed three weeks of 2018 Summer Shred Program. I was 71 kg when I started. Now I'm 68 kilos and I can see some change around the belly area. For those wanting to get specific results: Belly from 85 to 81. Waist 75 to 72. Arm 31 to 29. I already have a muscular body type and I can see that my abs started to appear. Besides this program, I do some cardio in the weekends and hip dip program as an extra.

I'm coming here a little bit late but better late than never right? I'm currently on my last week of the 28-days plank workout and I decided to do this one too. I think I'll update every week or so on this video from the program. Start date: March 25, 2019Week 1Day 1: Today was the first day of this workout, it was really intense. Even though I do workouts 5 times a week, this one was really killing me. Felt good that I finished it
