I'm not able to go to the gym but right now I'm following your butt and abs workout video. Could you make a video (unless u have one already) showing everything you work on or really what to focus on for noobs like me? if not it's totally okay but this really interests me. I also run and bike if that matters at all sorry I have no clue lol

Hiii (I hope someone answers, I really need help rn Hahaha) So i'm 20y. o, 5'1. I go to the gym for 2 months now, I workout 5-6 days a week, and my nutrition is pretty clean. Tho I still struggle with lower belly fat ( just like everyone: ( ) And I was thinking of taking suppliments, such as L-carnitine and BCAA, tho I'm not sure about L-carnitine. ;/ any advice anyoneee? It'll mean so much if someone answers. thank youuu

Can we ask about foods that are highly recommended to take together while doing this Chest/Body Workout as so it doesnt helps shrinking/losing our fats in our boobs too? I was at my college gym today walking on the treadmill when i saw this and I was like you know what. IMMA DO THIS Usually I hate going to the weights and benches area because it's only guys but today Chloe motivated me I did the first 2 exercises lol my chest was shaking and my arms are still vibrating 2 hours later

I actually managed to do push-ups a while ago so now just working on getting as low as possible as well as trying clapping push-ups. However, i've not been so successful with pull-ups. Do you have any tips on how I can work towards pull-ups?
