Hey hey We have an brutal and intense abs workout for EPISODE #3 of my 2018 Summer Shredding Workout Program This one is fun and challenging that is going to work those abs of yours Theres a total of 4 videos in this program + a BONUS video. Ive put together a workout schedule for your benefit to help you along your 8 weeks program journey. Anni: Hi Chloe, just finished with this after doing your arms workout. I have to admit whereas both were hard, I liked the arms one more because i can definitely feel the afterburn. I didn't enjoy all of the exercise you picked for this workout I missed some Russian Twist or just basic crunches in this because i will always feel my abs working during those exercises. However, I did manage to finish this with only little problems so I'll keep using this and maybe switching it up from time to time with another one of your ab workoutsFor everyone that wants to see my progress I have an instagram highlight where i post updates on my workout experience (currently on week 2) and also cooking videos. Hey Guys So I wanted to try this Workout Everyday for 2 months so i'll update ya'll and starting my first exercise todayDay 1: I did this in the Night time and was Extremly tired But I was so Motivated And So I did it anyways There were some That were HArd But I still did It I dont think i did this correctly Cause it wasnt burning But I think because i was exercising for so long My body just got used to it. anyways it was so hard and felt pain soo see you tommorow

Is it still effective if I stick to my own schedule? Like Ill be doing all of your exercises from this program but I wont be doing it the same days that it says in the program I also will be doing them randomly. Im trying to prove to myself that u can achieve anything I put my mind to and right now what I want the most is to be healthy and fit. Thank you so much for making these programs for free I dont know what I would do without them

thanks to chloe for putting up different yet the same abs workouts so we dont have to do the exact same one video everyday bc i wouldnt change a thing on her videos but the thing is tho that when i did the exact video everyday i always got bored of it and it felt super repetitive to the point i knew what was the person gonna say/do in the next second

I'm now in my 3rd week of this program and just finished the Arms/ Upper Body workout twice and now this. I'm sweating profusely and my Arms and Abs are burning but it feels sooo good Thanks Chloe for doing this for us: D I'm excited to share my results after week 8 Also, this was the first time that I actually managed to do a side plank: D

So I did this, and some exercises are just too hard for me to do, or i just can't do them right and it doesn't burn or anything and when these exercises come up, i just do the reversed crunch because it's the easiest exercise but it feels like it's also the most effective one for me. I'm going to do this every day now thank yoooou

This what like the 3rd time I've followed this video and I can already tell im getting better at it. Side planks were the hardest because I had no upper body strength but I've been doing your upper body video too and look at me now Lol. I felt I had more strength today so I repeated this video twice Thanks Chloe

I dont really know if i am doing it right cuz my arm strength is kinda good cuz i have swum for many years, i just feel a lil bit hurt on my hands cuz im putting my whole body weight on it. I do feel a lil bit hot on my arms but not burning. Does that mean i have done it wrong? Someone help me pls

If you want to take this to the gym heres the workout: 50 sec flutter kicks50 sec reverse crunch50 sec ski abs50 sec windmill50 sec butterfly crunch50 sec plank with rotate hips50 sec plank with knee tuck 50 sec reverse plank50 sec leg raise with crunch50 sec side plank with dip (each side)

I'm from west borneo. ive used chloe's youtube for few months. ived tried once a day every dayNow I try double a day in a same time every day. at least 5 6 times a week. hope that its gonna workout for me. i really want my abs flat. ive already have 3 child. haha. keep spirit chloe love u
