So, I have always been looking forward to follow your videos without pausing it or taking a break. Even though I have improved in these 6weeks I still take breaks. A thing that works for me to keep going is 1. Thinking of being in a competition 2. Thinking that my crush or friend is watching me 3. Thinking of My goals.
BUT what on EARTH goes on in your head! What keeps YOU going when you re tired!

feeling very depressed rn so i did one of the older 10 minutes abs (my favorite kind) and I am already feeling a bit better, went looking for a HIIT one as well and this just dropped. 25 minutes feels daunting but let's see how long i can manage. thanks chloe for always pushing me to better myself and helping fight my mental health

Hello. Can u please tell me which mat you are using because the mat I used is so slippery and also very thin. all the foam comes out and floor is getting dirty. chloeting please tell me.

Really when I do your exercise my body will say don't do it other wise you see result in 2 min and you will not even able to walk
