Chloe, i really would like to thank you SO much for making your videos especially this one and all your workout videos. I currently do have abs but the weird thing is that they are on the top of my belly and i never understood why because i dont eat much and i drink enough water, now i completly get it. Im suffering from a lot of digestive problems and i am doing probably all of the things you said on this video, so now i know why my belly isn't going away and i am so grateful to you for making this video because NOBODY ever made a video on bloating. Thank you so much, i'll never be grateful enough to you because not only i feel better with my body, but my mental state also improved because of how i changed, thank you Chloe.

I've been bloated for over a month and I'm not pregnant I exercise 5 times a week I eat healthy I'm only 17 I don't have ibs or any other type of illness The bloating started around 2 weeks before my period and my periods been over since December so it's been a month so what's the issue? Please help it's so irritating having this and there seems to be no information helping me to get rid of this bloated stomach I used to have such a flat stomach and then out of no where I just woke up with a bloated stomach it remains the same size everyday and I'm also not gassy and don't have any constipation

Hi Chloe You're probably not going to see this but I just wanna say thank you so much Ever since I started watching your videos and following them, I have lost a lot of weight and now I can even see my abs. Before that I was just a regular fat kid that eats potato chips everyday haha. Thank you for all your videos, they're really helpful and I'm sure I'm not the only person that thinks so. I love you so much, you're my idol.

Hey chloe so i know you've uploaded this a while ago but i wanna ask you if you could give me tips on managing bloating while being on an intermitent fast, i've been fasting for a almost a month now(ramadan) and each and every time i break my fast and i eat, and allthough i don't eat large portions and chew my food really well, i often get bloated, which makes me mentally so drained (ED problems) so yeah, hope you'll anwer

I tried some new sugarfree candy that were advertised as more healthy. I don't have a sensitive stomach (unless I binge on caffeine or alcohol drinks, but this candy had maltose in it and I got the worst stomach pain from eating only 100 grams of the candy Had to lay down in bed for hours Don't eat more than a few small pieces a day Or maybe some people tolerate maltose much better

I really need some help and advice: / so I have been working out for months and trying to eat healthy too but I don't see much results to my abs? (Have been doing HIIT cardio and abs workout, abt 2times a week) And additionally I still get bloated really easily so it's rly disappointing. Does anyone know what can I do to get results?

I cannot live without drinking a glass of water after eating. I dont drink water while eating (unless the food is gross ) but I cannot stand the idea of rinsing my mouth with water right after eating. It feels like vomiting to me. So i drink a glass of water after eating tp wash down my mouth basically. Will that maybe cause bloating?

I so know what u talkin bout. I've always had problems with ma stomach and a lot of pain since I was a kid. ThreE years ago I discovered the paleo style to eat which helped me a lot. But after a stay in the hospital and medication ma body is crap again and I hardly can eat abythn. I just so hope it will become better again.
