I'm a 3rd year high school student and i recently do my excercises and It's all from chloe's video. Btw, I'm from the philippines. I actually do the HIIT excercise and a 2 abs workout from her vids. I really can't discipline myself from eating sweets so I can't see the results. My current weight is 57. Just wanted to update you guys how will this workout affects on me. I f it will make me slimmer or not. So, I will be doing a water diet with it. But pls, I can't do the excerise WHOLE coz I easily get tired. Guys, stick with me and let's do this. My first day will be tomorrow.

I fell off my workout routine for a few months and now have to start all over again. Managed to finish Ep 3 a few days ago. Tried this one today and can barely do the 2nd set already. I'm writing this comment as I lie on my exercise mat trying to cool down my nausea. Whole body burns and I ain't feeling my best but I feel at least mentally better that I managed to power through my first set. Thank you, Chloe for the amazing workout vids

Hey Chloe I've been following your workout and doing it almost everyday. I see my biceps, triceps and thighs growing some muscles in just 2 weeks Awesome I haven't really do so much of the abs and will start doing it more often soon. By the way how often do you do hiit cardio? Is it okay to do it almost everyday to see a faster results? Will it affect muscles growth? I want to burn more fats and gain more muscles.

I love your workouts because they seem to be the most effective and really get me sweaty haha. I also really enjoy your workouts whereas I just get bored with other people on YouTube. Within two weeks of your oblique workout. damnnn results were good I can't wait to add this in too. Thanks to you I'm no longer squishy, I am starting to get some good muscle.

Thanks to your workouts and also my calorie cutting i have lost 5 kg. I wasn't that over weight but i didn't like the way my life style was so I decided to change it. My endurance has increased and my abs are starting to get defined. To everybody who is feeling helpless my message is don't give up and pick your self up, you will reach your goal. :)

Hi Chloe. I have a question, I've been doing your exercises but for some reason my my abs are getting really bulky and they kind of stick out. I try doing cardio too but nothing seems to work. My stomach used to be flat but as I kept working out It got worse. I don'y even use weights so I dont know why this is happening. Any advice? Thanks

Ohhhh I DID IT I just finished this workout Well, I had to rest multiple times in the 2nd set but I didnt give up, when I found it hard to do a move I just jump in the spot, do some jumping jacks o jump rope I tried to not stoop. I did it guys and you can do it too. Thank you Chloe for these amazing cardio workouts

This is one my fav full body HIIT workouts at the moment It's challenging but effective You can modify it to make it easier. For eg, instead of a spider push up, do a spider plank. Or change lateral lunge jump to just lateral lunge. Anything that involves jumping will make the workout more difficult. :)

chloe I really love your work out I have tried a lot of excercises and it helps a lot to reduce my weight but now the only problem is a want to reduce the hips please help me and tell the easy and best excercise to reduce hip fat
