I did this workout for 3 months, my belly is so flat Do i have abs? No, bc I wasn't eating right I just wanted to have a flat belly and this helped so much. In some positions my abs actually show up (I really don't like prominent abs, I'm that boring xd) my core is stronger and if you touch my abdomen is like a rock I definitely recommend this to whoever wants to try it Just some disclaimers: - I have been doing exercise for more than 1 year now. - I was already skinny when I started to make exercise and this workout, I was just flabby and I didn't like it. - I ate whatever I want bc I can't afford a super healthy diet. - I made this workout five time a week with other workouts. - I didn't make cardio or hiits, I'm pretty sure you will get better results if you do that. - Everyone is different, this may have worked for me but maybe not for other people and that's ok, a lot of workouts hasn't worked for me. - I saw results pretty fast. I just like to stuck with a routine 3 months and the changed it.

Hi I don't know if anyone cares but I would like to share my current physique, so I can look back at how much progress I've made later. Last week I started my weight loss journey for the sake of my health and happiness Current weight: 178 poundsGoal: 130 poundsHeight: 5'6 ( luckily my body type is an hourglass so I store fat in places that don't make me look obese)Current routine: 4 days a week exercise1. Ab workout 20 minutes interval training2. Full body workout3. Ab workout 20 minutes interval training4. Full body workout(along with mostly clean diet)I just wanted to know if anyone has any tips for what I could do that would be more efficient at fat burning than what i'm already doing. I've been frustrated lately with how I look and I'm willing to put in the work to fix it if anyone has any advice.

HeyIm going to do this every other day When I start seeing results Ill updateUpdate 1 (before I start): I have a normal body but I have a bit of a stomach compared to my legs and armsI do quit a lot of cardio 5 days a week for half an hour I do dance twice a week for one hourI eat whatever I craveI will be cutting out chocolate, crisps, pastries and tea Ill try eat healthy cutting out fats but eating things that help muscle I will have a cheat day it will be Thursday Ill also try and do a bit more cardioI also stretch every other day for legs and backUpdate 2(after 1 week):

Hey So, i just came after 1, 5 week rest. I was 4 days on school camp so i couldn't do the other workout ( the other one with million views ) So i decided to start again but then slightly harder. summer break is almost coming ( 1, 5 week ughh ) and i need a summer body. Im gonna do this 1/2 times a day with updating: ) Letss startDay 1: ( 1 ) it was a ok i had a water spray next to me, so if i got hot, i just sprayed in my face haha ( its 27 celsius heh )

I am going to be doing this because I'm tired of thinking am I pregnant lol never I still got my v-card, just saying anyway I just wanted to do this because I'm tired of looking at some girls in my school and there like skinny and here I am I have a pooch I hate it but that's what I'm here for I'm going to do these maybe 2-3 weeks and I'll update BTW: I'm like maybe 134lbs maybe. But I hope I get to have a cute stomach like yours Chloe.

Im going to try this and logDay 1- not too hard, pretty average diet, only did the workout once thoughDay 2- abs are sore. Did it twice, ( once in morning once at night) no results yetDay 3- sorry I havent updated, but I did it once, small results Day 4- Very small results, like I noticed now when I sit down theres not rolls on my stomach and my stomachs a bit flatter Day 5- Same as before but I can see a line going up my stomach?

I've been doing this one and your older workout for a few months now tho not regularly - my abs are definitely more firm and the rest of me is more toned, better stamina and generally fitter. I know the stubborn fat on my stomach is diet-related so until I figure that out, I won't have my abs but I love both these abs workouts regardless. Thanks for sharing
