Another awesome video. Everything you say is true. I am 70 years old, began a weights/aerobics vegan diet plan in November, 2016. Now down 23 pounds from 210 at the start. Six pack is finally showing a little bit without too much effort to suck in. Patience is vital, and so are the right food choices. At my age, it will take quite a few more months to reach my goal, but I will never stop and never will give up, even after I feel I've reached my ideal appearance and weight. I always remember that you didn't come this far just to come this far! Gotta love that quote. Thanks for all these great motivating videos and for sharing your extensive fitness knowledge.

Agreed on momentum vs. Motivation. I just turned 50 and now know more than ever that I MUST do something about my overweight body. I got my self a tracker and heart rate monitor and I really love the analysis etc. However, since I've just begun, I've been taking off days in between. I'm in a pattern of doing both cardio and push-ups on the same day. On days off, I feel like crap. I am so exhausted and sore. Do you have any videos on recovery? It would be really great to get this body to recover sooner.

Awesome video. very helpful. This is also the first time I have ever commented on a YouTube video, period. Thanks for the insight. it's hard to stop eating the bad stuff. but I understand that it has to be done. I've lost about 130lbs now and kinda look like the Rock. but I just want to be lean, the leanest I've ever been. I saw ur video on intermittent fasting. what foods would u recommend to eat when on that plan? and what drinks during the fasting time? thanks

I agree, I decided to take a break from dieting and gym training mainly bcos i was discouraged bout training everyday, dieting everyday and not seeing the results i wanted. however my fitness level has improved which shoked me. I completed a 10k run event without stopping. i was so surprised and encouraged to keep going

Hi there, have you considered Fenoboci Diet Plan yet? Just simply do a google search. On there you will find a great suggestions about how exactly you can lost lots of weight. Why don't you give it a shot? perhaps it can work for you too.

I have a thin body, but a chubby cheeks. I do exercise but it seems to make my body more thinner while my face seems to remain the same. As I shove in any food it's my face that bloats. Need help!
