It's hard to say. I workout every morning lifting weights even take pre workout I can workout 1 to 2 hours no problem, but gains I don't push myself as much. Early this morning I literally did a half workout but no weights just didn't feel like it was tired been tired all day long but when 6pm came around I was still tired and felt crappy but in my mind I'm like nope I said I would workout and lift weights daily for 30 days. So I did and man all I can say is I think I did my hardest workout yet tonight I didn't think I was capable of lifting that much with 10sec rest for 45 min straight I was on fire and had no pre workout. Am so gonna try this tomorrow.

I work from home. I walk the dogs for 45 minutes first thing in the morning. Lift weights for 20 minutes at high intensity two hours later, then have my first meal for the day (noon. After that I do three cardio exercise snacks on my elliptical for 15 minutes every three hours. Three times a week one of those exercise snacks is HIIT. I stop eating at around 730pm. Thats the only way to beat a sedentary life style working from home. My last exercise is at 9pm. I do this six days a week. On Sundays I do only the three exercise snacks for a total of 45 minutes.

I agree with everything said on this video, I used to workout in the morning and my lifting was pretty bad, no energy and needed more coffee than usual to stay alert, but I do agree with the benefits of morning workouts, youre done and dont worry the rest of the day about it. Now I workout at night and my energy levels are at best and can be more intense on my lifting and boxing.
On the weekends I do go for a light workout in the mornings tho.

Dude most of the morning stuff doesn't apply strictly to mornings. For example if you're doing IF you can workout in a fasted state and have plenty of energy, combine that with the fast that in the evening time your body is hotter than in morning and add in Hiit cardio and you're a fat burning machine bro. But if you are just starting out be sure you go whenever you can.

Being a working mom, i already tried morning, afternoon and evening workouts. To my my life, the most easy to sustain consistently is morning because life gets on the way, however, I love working out in end of afternoon because i feel that i can lift heavier, but i can't keep consistency. at night, unless is yoga or strecthing i can't sleep right away.

I usually workout in the evening(for weight loss) but then most people are saying that we tend to lose weight more in the morning, so i started waking up in the morning to exercise. But then just after 2 days i feel sick n weak. My whole body is aching i had to take rest for a week! So i had to change my timing again to the evening.

Never thought I would have the energy or drive to do in the morning but glad I started, I work out on empty stomach and have a protein shake with unsweetened almond milk, grass fed whey, PB2 and I feel good throughout the day. In the evening I have trouble sleeping because Im so pumped.

Evening workouts for me. I would LOOOOVE to workout in the AM but injuries from a car accident has caused massive chronic pain and physical limits. my body in the morning is literally like those little wooden puppets from the Robaxocet commercials. OUCHIE!

My fave is a lunch workout. Its a great way to get my energy rebooted! Morning workouts make me tired bc Im usually sleep deprived to wake up earlier lol
I also avoid working out fasted. eating in the AM is great to reduce cortisol and stress hormones.

I did morning 4am to 5am or 5am to 6am and it was hard the first week, and after 2 month I crashed every day at work. Now I'm doing night 9 to 10. 30 and I feel better and seen better result in muscle grown. But it all depends on the person.
