So as a type 1 diabetic Im eating around 90mins before going to the gym. If I was to eat after working out, how much time after would you say is best? Currently 126lbs and looking to get down 14 lbs. started around 4 weeks ago and eating much healthier already see muscle build and better control of my insulin. Just the belly fat that needs to go and I know it will take time but will continue as loving the gym

#1 commentary: when I work out on empty stomach I have way more progress. I read online that eating carbo before work out was better but I feel lazy when I do it.
#2 commentary: I always do cardio before weight which if I do the oposite I will feel much more tired. So yeah, Im doing it wrong

The fasted Training I have a question more like a concern. I tried it a couple times and idk if I have a problem that Im unaware of but I get nauseas/dizzy if I havent eaten anything and do something that requires that amount of exertion during the workout is that normal to feel like that? I felt like I was going to fall. weak like.

Ehh he contradicts this in another video where he references a different study. Starting to think he just reads whatever articles he finds without checking multiple sources. This is second time I've caught it, and I haven't come close to watching all the vids.

Great ideas! Thank you. BTW, fasting workouts are the way to go! I was a pill dependent diabetic and followed his recommendations. As I said, WAS. My weight is down by 20% and am off my diabetic meds. Just do it. You will never regret it.

One of his latest videos says Training on empty stomach n the intermittent fasting
doesnt do any difference as to working out on a not empty stomach so I guess Ill go with his latest videos

How will it help with working out an empty stomach if I do my work outs in a gym in the afternoon and I come home like 10 what would you recommend me? Please answer back Im trying to lose weight

Bruh I am in a state of passing out right after my weight training (Fasted) and if I do cardio I would need 3 people to take me back to the graveyard

I cant Jog on an empty stomach. Part of the reason is that its in 90 degree hear with full humidity. My bp tanks. Any suggestions
