Step one: Lower your caloric intake, calories in vs calories out.
Step two: Exercise regularly at least 3 times a week.
Step three: Create a good sleep/wake routine.
Step four: Set small achievable goals and finally.
Step five: CONSISTENCY

Not to debunk this but, Regarding the 175 people for Apple Cider Vinegar done in Japan, The people in the study had been asked to reduce their alcohol intake during this study to 25ml daily during the testing period. Just take note that Japan has an Alcohol Problem.

I am following omad and just eat boiled chicken, eggs around 4: 30pm every day around 500 calories.
And I take 1 expresso in the morning.
And doing cardio too.
But I am not loosing weight?

well it's not entirely true, fasting can make you lose weight without actual physical effort, although mental ones are still needed if you do you will lose muscle mass too if you stay sedentary,
