Is it weird that my biceps kinda don't get sore, except maybe like just the joint on the inside of my elbow, just that little area?
I did a pretty intense leg workout 3 days ago Saturday and my legs are just destroyed (usually sore 2-4 days after a tough workout. But I hadn't done legs in a while and it was pretty tough.
But I can hammer my biceps with 3 exercises of 3 sets of 10 reps (9 sets total, most to failure, and my biceps aren't sore at all.

OH MY GOD. If I got to a place in life where I had that as my personal gym, I would know I followed my passion to the fullest extent of what it had to offer me. Or, what I had to offer IT. That calf raise/tibialis machine is badaaass.

I can train you for two days (ypper-lower)and i can give you the best results. Its all about volume my friend like the prison style of training. The natural People like me you and others we must train with volume and reps

I am really wondering. Didn't John Medows have a heart attack recently? Why is he still eating so much saturated fat. Honestly asking, I think this is dangerous for him and I wouldn't want to see him suffer again.

Out of all the collaborations you have had with John, this is my favorite. Just two guys enjoying and discussing what they love while sharing their wisdom with us. Loved the video, loved the content.

15: 13 exactly, I do this exercise on a lat pulldown machine. At first I just did it with a partner that helped reduce the load. But now I just do it body weight without any assistance.

That dude must be tiny John is only 5'6 225 and he dwarfs that guy haha plus that dude talks like he knows more than John haha I don't think he'd survive a real maddog workout!
