I have actually often been doing a variation of this type of workout lately. I usually use a similar split of exercises (though I use a different system for which category of cards represents which type of exercise, but for me the A's are not rest but 15 reps. All other cards are just their number of reps, without the plus 10. I also do the entire deck, and my rests add up to 2 minutes after every 13 cards (that's 6 minutes of rest for 52 exercise rounds. At the end you will have performed 105 reps per exercise category. Leaves me completely wasted afterwards every time. Because I use the entire deck it also happens a lot more often that I get the same types of exercises multiple times in a row, which occasionally pushes me through technical failure in a set before I am even half way through the workout.

This ufc fighter named Anthony Smith from Nebraska had someone break into his house and he had an interesting point that you are not going to have time to warm up or cool down (rest) in a fight for your life, you're just going to have to get into it and I'm curious if that will lead to more injuries or more gains?

I stretch to incorperate the glutes in order to condition the strength in the lower back. This prevents lower back issues associated with neglect of supporting muscle groups involved with standing or twisting in a manner that aligns the torso with the pelvic area. Great advice Jeff! Sweet switch up.

how do you feel about your girlfriend getting more and more unhealthy and overweight, just because she refuse to think outside the box and accept that its more then calorie in vs out and she's just sugar addicted? lol phd is absolute useless it seems, control insulin=controll your hunger

Before I watch the video, is Jeff going to explain a deck of cards workout? The most ubiquitous no equipment workout there is? I expect a deeper level of insight and content on from him based on the slew of quality content he puts out on the regular. Will check in in 9: 04.

I just got my barbell, currently weighting (HAHA) to buy plates until I find a reasonable deal like I did for my bar. And then my workout will go back to pretty similar to how it was prior. I was using your fullbody 5x per week program. Got that on a great deal.

What people need is a workout that last an hour or 2. I mean come on, we have all the time right now. I've been seeing great results with 2 hours a day 6 times a week typical push pull legs. 500 push ups, 500 pull ups, 500 squats varieties.

i dont care much about my body to do all this nonsense, id rather watch a movie or read a good book. i still do stay fit by going for brisk walks and eating healthy. not everyone wants to look like a muscle head, sorry.
