About 95% of creatine stores are within skeletal muscle with the other 5% being in the brain and kidneys. Good job mentioning the cognitive effects of creatine, I feel not enough people do that. For those who don't know Creatine can be especially useful in vegan/vegetarian as they intake far less creatine in their diet than people who don't partake in such dietary practices. Creatine can also aid in the recovery of TBIs (traumatic brain injury, work as an antioxidant/free-radical scavenger, and aid in the prevention of neuro degeneration from Huntingtons disease.
As for caffeine desensitization, as long as you take a larger dose of caffeine, over 150mg let's say, you won't become desensitized to it but if you take a low dose,

What is your wrist size and do you recommend blunt force trauma to the radius and ulna to force them to grow/remodel as Wolff s law states? I am 16 with 6. 25inch wrists and I find it quite ugly/it feels weak. I m not sure if heavy bench (relatively heavy - I m only around 95-100kg for a single at approx 60kg bw so maybe pin press to put more weight on the wrists) is enough to stimulate bone remodelling or even if wrists grow after 16 (I m very slowly growing taller but I don t know if bone thickness will increase too) I know this is worded badly but thanks

I still don't get why we ought to include a vertical push in our routine, either as beginners or further down the line. As you said yourself, the front delts are trained plenty enough in horizontal pushing and so are the triceps (in addition to the isolation work. It's not that I would not like including a vertical push like a barbell overhead press. It's just that I haven't seen the reasoning that justifies doing so.

I'm so glad I train at home now. Masks aren't mandated here in Norway, but I every time I am bored or restless I end up doing something productive in my home gym. I have scheduled workouts for my main lifts, but I find myself stretching and doing prehab accessory work a lot more often now as well.
Wearing a mask while lifting? Fuuuuuck that. What an absolute nightmare. Cruel and unusual.

I think people can adapt to a lot of different training styles fairly quick. If you re losing strength you can always adjust and vet strength back quick. if you do it properly. If you re losing mass, you can always adjust to get mass back pretty quick as well. If you stick with the basics then biology will do the rest. Adjust and grow

The wrost advice I was ever given not to do OHP after I hurt my shoulder. I didn't do OHP for a while until I started doing mobility from Eric Cressey, Kelly Starrett and SmittyDIesel on how to do the exercise right and good shoulder mobility exercises. I can OHP now pain free.

Hey Jeff,
What do you think about creatin and hair loss?
There is a study which showed creatine increases DHT. And DHT is maybe the reason for genetical hair loss. What do you think, can creatin cause hair loss or can it make you lose your hair faster? :-)

After 5 months of home workouts I'm back at the gym. I started a month ago and did your bridge program for 4 weeks and now I'm ready to start your high frequency full body program. I was about to start right when the pandemic hit.
