Islam's Channel: Watch the last Egypt travel vlog here: Voyaging Raconteuse: Random black guy in Paris: Hakuna MatataJeff: He got me with a Lion King thingThat was funny lol Actually, hakuna matata is a very common Kisawhili phrase that means no worries or no problem. I had never known that until I came to live in Tanzania where they speak Kiswahili. I had always thought it was a 'lion king thing, too By the way, this is the first time I watch your videos. I have been on a marathon watching all your Egypt video series I am not into workout but I enjoyed watching this one as well. I am Egyptian, and I was overwhelmed with nostalgia watching all the lovely places you guys visited in my beloved country Egypt. I actually grew up in a neigbourhood very close to the pyramids and I used to open my window everyday morning to the fascinating view of the pyramids standing tall in the horizon. but guess what I never got to see them from the inside But you guys did And that's why I am in love with this series You did a great job documenting each and every moment of your trip. I am truly glad you enjoyed your stay. A big Thank You to Islam and the tour guide as well. They, too, have done a great job showing you around and facilitating your trip. A big thumbs up to all of you

Hey man, amazing job on the Egypt vlogs. You should start a series of Bodybuilding Around the World, give us some insight on the different training, the lifestyles, what they eat. some history of the place, cultural sites, etc. Would watch: D I know it would be a lot of travel but it could become an actual show if you go all the way. I don't wanna get political but I'm just going to say that you succeeded in showing your viewers a positive side of the muslim world, and that is rare, deserves recognition. And something like this is not only good for your viewers but also for you. These experiences, I'm sure you're already aware but they will hit you hard once you reach home and the dust settles, it is a great path to self actualization and enlightenment. Hope to see more international content in the future, keep up the good work, and thank you for the videos.

Jeff, I love the videos. Great quality content. One suggestion. Please please please find yourself a good quality structurally based corrective chiropractor. Having Stephanie stand on your back is not a long-term solution to what is likely an abnormal spinal structure. It should also be able to help the noticeable right head shift (translation) that I've seen on many of your videos. Get your spine treated to better approximate a normal structure and you will also improve your biomechanics, lifting, and reduce injuries. Less pain and down time equals better gains. Thanks again for the content if you have any questions please feel free to contact me. Dr. Bret Wickstrom

waste of time to watch this cultural crap. Everybody works out their own way doesn't matter which freaking country you live so I don't know what you're doing traveling around the world think in the French lift differently from them Egyptians blah blah blah

What You ate Hwawshee right on the first time you put Egyptian food into your stomach. That takes a lot of guts from your stomach to handle this. I'm Egyptian and it took so many years to get ready for this stage, you did well xD

I've tried looking but couldn't find anything, do you have a video about rest days? I just started working out every day and some people are adamant about how you need a rest day and others say you don't need it. any advice?

Since pronation is one of the functions of the chest wouldn't it be better to start with a neutral grip and pronate as your hands come together on the flyes, then reverse that on the eccentric portion?
