Honest Physique Update & Diet (160 lbs) Joe Rogan Debate Review Back Workout Walkthrough Robert J. Sutton: I can't emphasize enough how much I appreciate and respect your approach to fitness. Something as simple as recognizing that correlation does not equal causation is huge, and frankly constantly overlooked, as well as focusing on relative results in studies, and how those are overshadowed by clickbait headlines that take studies WAY out of context. I have become a huge fan over the past few months and really dig what you are doing. A voice of reason in a symphony of bro science and sensationalism. Thanks.

First time I've noticed the shoes. Solid choice Chucks are the only shoe I lift in. I have always focused on the movement. No cheating. No kipping. No body english. No pull momentum. It reduces the weight I lift, but I feel like it allows me to really focus on the movement and really make the mind muscle connection. Real nice to see you explain why you do it in some of your lifts. Thanks for the solid vlog Jeff

It's actually very respectable, and so cool that you're learning more and more about veganism, and have even switched your morning protein shakes to a plant-based one. You will be sp pleased with the results if you continue down this path, Jeff Also just learned yesterday that you are from Newfoundland, Canada Me too All of my family live in St. John's, but I'm on the west coast (west coast - best coast.

Yo Jeff, Have you done a video about muscle atrophy? Like do type 1 or type 2 atrophy the same rate after not exercising for a while? Or how long can muscles maintain the size/strength before deteriorating once you stop working them? I ask because it seems like calisthenics muscle seem to last longer to me then bigger bodybuilding muscle. Maybe I'm just an idiot though. Anyways, dope videos man.

I liked your thoughts on the rogan debate. As a vegan I do not think you need to go vegan for health. I think that if you wanna go vegan it's very nice to the animals because you can be equally healthy either way (so many diets you can follow as a vegan even keto. And it's awesome for the environment, it's the single best thing you can do to reduce your footprint.

I just want to say that I've been slacking lately when it comes to getting in the gym, but after seeing your videos I get so motivated. Been going to the gym consistently for a solid four years now, but no one motivates me like you do, Jeff. Keep up the great work, you're inspiring to many of the young ones

This bodybuilder with big muscles is scared of lizards. :: cringe: : I grew up in the FL Keys and trust those lizards are the least of your worries. We've got poisonous snakes, spiders as big as your hand, flying roaches, bats, alligators, FL panthers, coyotes, and hawks that pick up small dogs - no joke.

You probably know this but the sun makes your skin damaged which leads to permanent-wrinkles-dullness-and dark spots-skin saggingYou look more swole and overall young/healthy if your skin is tight and reflective clear (also oddly hairless)Not to mention skin cancer
