Jeff I had a question. I normally hit biceps as a whole workout and then do triceps. I find that when I do biceps and triceps supersetting (as you do here) my biceps are tired by the time I get back to them. Is this normal and should I continue training this way? Is this more effective than me just hitting biceps for a few exercises and then triceps afterwards when I finish biceps?

I often find that in a video full of information, I end up with one big takeaway. In this one, my big revelation is that, if you do overhead triceps extensions when you're not warmed up, you'll kill your elbows. I'll be taking that one to the gym. Thanks

Glad to see an experienced bodybuilder moving the elbows forward when curling. Seems blasphemous to do it among lifters but it always felt so much more natural to me and increases my ROM. not an ego lifter at all, I just get a way better contraction.
