A Full Update: What's Going On With Me Michelle Saucier: Myth busting Monday topic: WATER how much water should you drink in a day? I did an experiment limiting myself to 90 oz a day, and found that I would not sleep as well, and wake up really dehydrated. If I upped the oz to 110 oz per day I slept better, and workouts were a bit more tolerable. Is there a suggested limit based on body weight and muscle mass. Is there any research on this topic that I could read? I also found that If I fall below 60oz of water per day I feel hungrier and more fatigued. Just curious as to how much water the body really needs to work with.

Hey guys. Hope ya'll having a great day. I just wanna ask for some opinion about my situation. Long story short, i cant squat anymore. I have a torn meniscus and patellar tendonitis so i cant squat. What do you think i should do? Should i box squat or should i just replace it with another exercise. I do split squat, leg press, romanian deadlift, and step ups for now. Thanks guys.

Sooo. you are not going to do like Christian Guzman and do 90 daily vlogs in 90 days or like Rob Lipsett who did 30 videos in 30 days. thats disappointing I wasnt expecting anything crazy from the vlog side but I think it is an cool idea that you are pushing out daily videos with informative content

Hey Jeff i have a really interesting question in my opinion To which extent and how does nutrition tie in with neurological adaptation to training? Do protein, micronutrients and overall calories contribute to this process? Or do you think nutrition is most important to facilitate muscle hypertrophy?

I have a question about squat depth. I always squat really deep, and my friend the other day told me it's bad for the knees. Then I googled it and results were kinda mixed, so I was hoping you could answer that. Or if you've answered that already if you could point me towards that video.

Sweet I've got a question for you Can I do a good chest workout without using bench exercises - eg would overhead press and dips allow my chest to develop and my chest to strengthen? I love OHP and I'm just not interested in benching - regardless of angle or implement

What would the effects be of eating normally or in a barely deficit 5 days a week, then let's say. during the weekend, you fast and eat around 3-600 calories with 1 protein shake aswell? Coming from someone who's trying to lose some fat mass, but also wants to build/keep muscle

I wanted to ask what is the limit can one push his limit by the combination of cardio and weight exercises. For example doing iron man and normal upper lower body workout. When abd how much you can do from each side cardio abd wights to maximize health and prevent injuries

Dunno if this isnt physiological or kinesiological enough for a video, or if its too much overlap with previous mentions about overtraining, but would love to hear a summary of the considerations for your nervous system when training/building/resting/etc. if that makes sense
