It essentially turns a flat bench into a decline press. When you flat bench, put your feet up on the bench. You'll have to drop the weight but it'll give you better overall development

IDK man 44 degrees on an incline does shit for upper chest growth overall. IMO when I use a 15-30 degrees on an incline I get a much better contraction on my upper chest. Anything higher is just too much front delt.

Question in regards to rear delt activation. Have any studies been done in regards to cable rope face pulls? And in your opinion, do you find them to be effective for rear delts?

More towards 30 degree is where i feel it so thats what i stick with. People will be slightly different to thats where trial an error comes into it

OHP is primarily targeting your anterior deltoid, right? Isn't the bench press providing enough of a stimulus to promote growth with the anterior deltoid?
