PUFF OUT YOUR CHEST Bench Tips & Training Vlog Janne: i'm doing a split like: legschest and deltsdeadlift + backarmsbut I'd like to get my benching to twice a week now 'cause I want to get it up but I don't know how to incorporate it in to this routine. Bench would be in the beginning of and arms day but what kind of reps should I do on day 2 chwst and shoulders and what kind of reps on arms day bench

Might have to try wearing my squat shoes for benching since I'm little myself and it looks a good idea to help with leg drive. does it help with unracking heavier weights as I train on my own and sometimes struggle lol cheers.

The reverse diet video couldnt have come at a better time, I still havent made up my mind yet on whether to reverse slowly or bring my calories up from week to week.

Hey Jeff, haven't watched many of your videos but you look like you have a great build for bench. Do you notice that deadlifts being any more of a challenge for you?

Have you ever had issues with hip cramps tucking your feet that far back on the bench? If so, can you recommend some stretches if you've done any. Thanks
