And as your body fat creeps up during a bulk, you actually become less efficient at putting on muscle. Meaning, that as you continue to gain weight and your body fat slowly creeps up, then it would be best to occasionally re-sensitize your body for more efficient growth by stripping off some of the excess fat you put on before you continue to focus on gaining more weight again. So, to sum up all the muscle building nutrition tips covered: 1. Evenly distribute your protein throughout the day into 4-5 meals, each consisting of at least 20g of a high quality protein source. Biasing more of your protein (at least 40g) towards a pre-sleep meal is also a good idea to stimulate protein synthesis overnight. 2. Optimize your food choices. Opt for higher quality protein sources and incorporate more unsaturated fat instead of saturated fat (olive and salmon oil may be the most beneficial. This may enable more of the weight you gain to be muscle as opposed to fat. 3. Periodize your diet by transitioning through phases of a calorie surplus (e. g. 3 months) with phases of a calorie deficit (e. g. 1 month. This way youll be able to occasionally re-sensitize your body to put on muscle more efficiently. If one gets up at 4: 30am every day, preworkout food, then workout at 5am, and then 6: 30am meal, 10: 30am, 2: 30pm and 6: 30pm would that be ideal based on that wakeup/workout schedule? While 4 meals is recommended assume the preworkout isn't really a meal since have less. And if bed at 8: 30 or 9pm, is 6: 30pm close enough to bed, or should one have an extra protien within say an hour of bed? Planning on Preworkout 15g, postworkout 30g, lunch 30g, afternoon 30g, dinner 50g (155lbs.

This is such rich and great info this young man is providing here for all to learn but damnit the hardest part is committing to actually staying consistent! Thats my problem I jam it for a week or so then taper off and bam Im right back to old bad habits so now this time I am not only following this mans directions and paying attention to his explanations but I am adding daily 15min - 1hr meditation every day to help me focus and change my brain. Im doing it this time, baby!

You can't outtrain a bad diet. I learned that the hard way training so hard and having poor results. Then I started following the Agoge Diet, and I finally started seeing some awesome results.

You shouldnt consume more than two portions of fish per week, due to high levels of Mercury in fish, as high mercury levels can cause all sorts of health issues, research this for yourselves.

Diet is the majority of all muscle building, you just can't ignore it. I had great success with the Agoge diet plan. Would recommend it to anyone!
