As i can remember, i was active my whole life. But this year i stoppet doing gymnastics and im really ready for a big change!
Im in love with hard work, i love that feeling when you really push yourself and then you realise you actually did things you never thought you would.
My question is if i can maybe send you an Email and talk to you about a routine and maybe youll recommend me about things you like.

Wow I'm so sore, I realize I'm a real beginner. If there were a level lower I would be there! I love your video, but I would love if you could include a beginner version of the most difficult exercises. For example, I tried the kick through, but my sore and stiff body could handle it, my arms gave up and I ended with my butty on the ground. I had to stop in fear of hurt myself for not doing correctly.

Have to remind myself to watch videos all the way through before doing them. I haTe repeating workout. If anyone in the comments know a work out page where they don't repeat workouts let me know. I'm watching five videos to make one work out where im not repeating movements. I know she's has some on her page. Just looking for more.

That was a great workout! I could not keep up w u at all lol but I went at my own pace and got a good burn. That last kick thing my leg said no maam lol so i modified it. Im gonna keep working out w u so i can build my stamina to be able to keep up. :)

How long did it take you to get the body you have Maddie?
Also, how long would it normally take to actually see results if you're working out between 3-5 times a week?

This is perfect. I need more cardio workouts that don't require jumping. You guys always have a way of reading the viewers minds or you just needed this workout yourself. Either way thank you for this amazing workout. I can't wait to do it.

Thank you for the awesome variety and workout and yes, it would be most beneficial to have apartment friendly routines. I like to get a workout before I get ready for work and I have someone below me. :) thanks for taking suggestions.

I can only work out during the mornings. Should I eat something before working out? Or after? I only gained weight bc my over eating, i will just have a regular portion. But i feel insecure if I eat after or before my work out wont work?

These workouts are brilliant! I have been looking a long time for intense workouts but apartment friendly due to living in an upstairs flat and these are perfect. Thank you for creating them. It is also great for lockdown!
