Perfection! Did it TWICE to get that 30 minute! I think it was the perfect amount of weights per body part! Great mix (deadlift, squat, hammer- excellent trios all around) Gotta work on squeezing my glutes better on that side lunge. The 5 seconds btwn each exercise to set up and hear whats next! -MHUA! kisses to you for listening when a bunch of us requested it. Realistic workouts to do at home and with no shoes! XOXOX

Yea this is all genetics. When you actually go to a university for nutrition and dietetics and are forced to endure different practices. You realize that no diet or workout routine will fix you. Especially a YouTube routine from someone who cant even control acne. Save your time and be happy with yourself, wanna lose weight? Stop eating chain restaurants and bread. Youre welcome

So I've been doing your workouts for about a year now, yesterday I was complemented by almost everyone on my bikini bod! I weigh more than Cosmo says I should, but I've never felt or looked better! Thank you Maddie! Loved this mornings workout! Keep it up!

Love these videos! Just started trying them a week ago. Short but challenging. Is there a certain number of videos you should do per week or a certain rotation you should follow? Legs, arms, then full body? Curious if there is a series.

Great workout but I only have adjustable weights and it sucks that I have to change them almost every 30 seconds. Can you maybe do heavier weights first and the lighter ones so I only have to change it once? Thanks for your reply!

Can you try and do some workouts to 80s and 90s hits like bohemian rhapsody, under pressure, eye of the tiger lol. And also possibly to trap/dubstep music. Also YOURE AMAZING AND SO GOOD AT MOTIVATING MYSELF AND OTHERS!

Great work out. I'm 13 years old and I'm just starting to work out ( because it is winter here and Canada so I can't go on runs anymore ) it good because it is a challenge for me but it's still reachable. Good job
