Love your tutorials! Your videos are so organized and clear to follow. You said youve been working out at home for almost two years, I just Have a small question, does it really keep you in shape or help you to get in shape working out at home? because these 10 to 15 minute workout seems very short to me so I thought going to the gym will be better it usually takes me an hour to an hour and a half to workout at the gym so I just wanna know if these short workouts under 20 minute really help to get you toned because Im kind of concerned since We wont be going to the gym for awhile. :(

Thank you SO much for these videos! Ive been a fan of yours for some time and Im so happy youre able to do what you love and inspire others. Loved this no-repeat workout, the one thing I miss is knowing when the middle of the workout was when you do the second round hahaha. In addition, Id love you to speak on some alignment principles! I have my 200-hr yoga training and they placed such a heavy emphasis on alignment and Ive injured myself before in yoga with lazy improper alignment and dont wanna do that here. Thank you again

What I love about your workouts is that you put a lot of thought and effort into designing these routines for us because they are so so effective! I didn't even know there are so many different muscles in the upper body that needed mobility before I tried your routines and was sore for 4 days! 15 mins might sound less but the number of different exercises you cover in this time is enough to pump up the upper body! Keep up the good work! Love from Bangladesh!

Love the no equipment workouts and the 15 minute durations are perfect. I'm loving the 2 minute sections when you keep the arms up the whole time. so difficult. in a good way. I also love when there is a set of movements that are repeated vs the no repeat, mainly because I know what's coming and I can pace myself. Mostly just so grateful to have found this page. These workouts are exactly what I've been looking for during this sheltered time. So. thank you!

So I dont even know if youll see this but I just wanted to tell you that beside being so sweet and beautiful, you are just inspiring me to workout and actually enjoy it! I love doing your workouts. Hope you are doing well throughout this time. I may be wrong but you have a lot of core and abs workouts and not enough legs and upper body. Beside that you are amazing and keep on doing what you do

I am recently obsessed with your videos! I love the amount of workouts without equipment. I would love a workout hat doesn't need a lot of space since I am stuck inside a tiny apartment for the time being (so anything that needs more space than a yoga mat is really difficult with furniture in the way! Stay safe everybody: )

Hi! Thank you for your amazing videos! I'm hooked for the first time doing home-workouts. Anyway, can you please consider weak wrists in arm-workouts? I would also love to see a kettlebell workout for one weight (20lbs; ) and a full-body workout with one weighted bar. Just some ideas: D I look forward to all your videos!

Is it normal for my wrists to be hurting? Any advice for this? I struggle with lots of things involving my arms (workouts and yoga) and sometimes have to stop because of my wrists aching rather than my arms or core struggling. Don't know if anyone else has this problem? // How can I strengthen my wrists? :)

I've been loving doing your workouts while stuck in quarantine! I tend to do a few a day with a warm up and cool down. The no equipment no repeat ones have been working the best for me, and I absolutely love the ballet themed ones you've been posting recently! Thanks for what you're doing and lots of love x

Loved this workout! You have the most creative and interesting workouts in my opinion, I especially love the song workouts and I can tell you're enjoying yourself a lot and it's very inspiring: ) I'd love to see more of those and also more no equipment/no repeat workouts in general!
